	Mark as Spam actionforanimals : 09/21/2009 4:15 PM that's really great that you care about animals and that you work on eating stuff other than meat. a lot of kids don't come from vegetarian or vegan fmailies, and so have to make things work with them. with my family, my mom does most of the cooking, so i helped her to learn about which foods i did and didn't want to eat, i helped her with making meals, and i looked for new vegan recipes to try that my whole family would like. you should check out our journal called "tips for parents" to see if any of that information helps you out. and just let me know if you have any questions, if there's anything i can help you out with, if you want support or recipes, etc. happy to help :) amanda
